I thought this book was very intriguing. I didn't know a lot of the people in this book and was taken aback by some of the ways that real-life villains have taken control of others and used them for the most horrific gains.

This book also provides a view into different times and cultures that most people may not be aware ever happened.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes history, with a stomach to handle the reality of how grotesque some people can be.
