The Ziggurat at Kish — This is part of the ruins of the ziggurat at the ancient Sumerian city of Kish (modern-day Tell al-Uhaymir, Babel Governorate, Iraq). The ziggurat was probably built by the neo-Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar II. Neo-Babylonian period, reign of Nebuchadnezzar II, 6th century BCE.
